The Jaguar XF fuses sports car styling and performance with the refinement, features and space of a luxury saloon. XF embodies the Jaguar philosophy of creating beautiful, fast cars and defines a new driving experience: Sporting Luxury.

XF is the first expression of Jaguar´s new design language in a saloon car. Coupe-like lines compliment the sporty exterior without sacrificing the amount of space a true luxry sedan provides. There is room for five adults in comfort, generous interior stowage and a trunk capacity up to 540 litres (with Tire Repair System fitted).

Interior design theme expresses contemporary, sporting luxury – emphasized by ´surprise and delight´ features such as the JaguarDrive SelectorTM and the rotating vents; through the use of sophisticated new materials and lighting systems.

The best torsional stiffness in class delivers both refinement and dynamic performance.

A choice of three derivatives· A range of 2 engines, all featuring Jaguar´s proven six-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel mounted ´paddles´ for manual gear selection.

The XF´s 4.2-litre V8s, with or without supercharger, are the same highly regarded engines that power Jaguar´s XK and XKR sports cars.

Compact and light in weight, but big on performance and refinement, both feature all-aluminium construction, variable camshaft phasing, four overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder. The naturally aspirated version in the Luxury and Premium Luxury XF develops 300hp and 411 Nm of torque, with wonderful refinement, deep character and effortless performance.

The V8´s exhaust system has been completely retuned to remain quiet at cruising speeds but deliver a substantially more purposeful V8 roar under hard acceleration.

4.2-litre Supercharged V8 from $77,800

The beauty of mechanically-driven supercharging is massive torque and instant, linear responses. The XF´s supercharged V8, available only in the Supercharged, uses a rotor-type supercharger, driven from the crankshaft, with helical rotor gears for low noise and coated rotors for high efficiency. It develops 420hp, and up to 560Nm of torque, with at least 86 per cent of that mighty torque peak available all the way from 2000rpm through to maximum engine speed.
